SolidFlow 2.0- Microwave Solid Mass Flow Measurement
Application:
SolidFlow 2.0Specially developed for measuring solid flow inside metal pipelines. Mainly used for online measurement of the following working conditions:
Various types of dust, powders, and particulate materials
• Material particle size1 nmarrive10 mm
• Materials transported by pneumatic conveying
Free falling materials after mechanical conveying equipment
SolidFlow 2.0Adopting wear-resistant design, installation and use are very convenient.SolidFlow 2.0Adopting the new generation of microwave solid flow measurement technology. correctSWRBased on years of professional experience, the second-generation microwave solid flowmeter has been successfully developed.SolidFlow 2.0Avoiding the shortcomings of commonly used measurement methods in the current market and improving the reliability of the equipment.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
1、principle:SolidFlow 2.0The sensor is based on the latest microwave technology and is specifically designed for measuring solid flow inside metal pipelines. By coupling the electromagnetic field between the sensor and the pipeline, a measurement field is generated. The microwave energy in the measurement field is reflected back by solid particles and received by the sensor. The received energy is further processed and converted into a flow signal output.
2Signal output
4-20mAStandard signal load<500Ω
3System composition:
A complete measurement system consists of the following units:
Sensor installation base and related installation accessories
• SensorsFMS, with2mLong cable
• Conversion boxC-Box, used to connect sensors and converters
• ConverterFME, including cumulative calculation function that can be reset to zero
4Installation and application examples
Firstly, weld the sensor base to a selected position, and then drill a hole from the sensor baseØ 20mmInsert the sensor into the pipeline through the hole and use a connecting nut to adapt the sensor to different pipe wall thicknesses.
